Do I have to pay any fees, closing costs, commissions or transaction expenses to sell my DVC contract(s) to THE DVC BUYER? No. We never charge our Sellers any fees, closing costs, commissions, or transaction expenses.
Can I count on a guaranteed closing when THE DVC BUYER purchases my DVC timeshare contract(s)? Yes, you will benefit from the peace of mind of a guaranteed closing.
Do I have to come back to Florida for the closing? No, you do not have to travel to Florida for the closing.
If I am separated or divorced can THE DVC BUYER purchase my contract(s)? Yes, the title company will prepare everything necessary for the purchase.
